These terms apply to all tutoring services provided by PakTutorOnline. By enrolling, the student and parent or guardian agree to them.
1. Services
We provide live online tutoring for O Level, IGCSE, GCSE, A Level and IB students, in one-to-one and small-group formats. Classes run on Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.
2. Fees and payment
- Fees are listed on our Fees page in US dollars, per subject.
- Fees are paid monthly in advance, by bank transfer, PayPal or card.
- One-to-one classes are charged per hour. Group classes are charged per month for 3 classes a week.
- We may change our fees. You will be told at least one month before any change applies to you.
3. Trial class
New students can book a discounted 45-minute trial class. There is no obligation to enroll after the trial.
4. Scheduling, rescheduling and missed classes
- One-to-one class times are agreed between the family and the teacher.
- To reschedule a one-to-one class, please tell us at least 12 hours in advance. Classes missed without notice may be counted as taken.
- Group classes run on a fixed timetable. Missed group classes are not refunded, but notes and recordings (where available) will be shared.
- If a teacher has to cancel, we will offer a make-up class.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can stop classes at any time by telling us before the next monthly payment is due. Fees already paid for the current month are generally not refundable, except where we are unable to provide the classes.
6. Student conduct
Students are expected to join on time, be respectful to teachers and classmates, and not record, share or redistribute class sessions or materials without permission.
7. Study materials
Notes, worksheets and mock papers we provide are for the enrolled student's personal use only and may not be resold or shared publicly.
8. Results
We work hard to help every student succeed, but exam results depend on many factors, including the student's own effort. We cannot guarantee specific grades.
